I had visited this hotel on a previous visit to Krakow. It was good but this time there had been refurbishments and I couldn't fault it at all. The location is excellent for the old town, trams, and railway station. I would definitely stay again and recommend it.

No where to eat as the hotel was being updated 😕 the air conditioning was making a humming noise when told the receptionist the came and switched it off, so no a/c over the 3days. We had to request for our room and towels to e changed. We were NOT advised that this hotel was being updated and this DON'T say anything on the site otherwise we would not have booked this hotel. When we spoke to reception they didn't offer the make amends of offer to move us to a different room. This pit a damper on our visit to the lovely city of Karkow

Arrived to find a building site in Reception. No warning of this or option to cancel. Black polythene sheeting taped up all over walls, dark, dirty, tools, cables lying around. Breakfast worst I have ever been offered in a hotel. Scrambled egg, sausage, stale bread. Absolute state of a place, wish I had never chosen this as it was a dump due to building work. Huge disappointment on our trip.
