Wrong room allocated, changed room eventually and stained bedsheets, no towels, nobody on reception and the room stank of smoking. If you have any kind of respiratory problems, STAY somewhere else and thank me later.

Arrivé à 14h je n'ai pas eu de chauffage avant un bon 17h, en plus personne de physique pour me conseiller, la machine à café ne fonctionne pas ce qui aura pu me réchauffer un peu, et quand le chauffage fut rétabli il ne faisait pas plus de 16 à 17 degrés dans la chambre. Donc pour un réveillon de Noël ce fut vraiment le plus horrible que j'ai connu mais bon je pense que l'hôtel pourra faire un geste commercial vus les désagréments en courus

Salle du petit déjeuner fermé à 09h30 ( jusqu’à 10h le dimanche d’après affichage). Pas de personnel présent. Un couple à essayé d’ouvrir notre porte à de multiples reprises vers 05h00 du matin. Réveillés tout les 3. Et obliger d’aller leur ouvrir pour qu’ils comprennent que c’est pas leur chambre d’hôtel…très lourd.
