The staff was great! The room was clearly dated tho. And the carpet was missing a good size (baseball size) piece of carpet completely unwound. The TVs didn’t play anything & the staff said they’d “send someone” who never came. Also the WiFi was “down” during our stay.

Staff was very nice, check in was easy enough, the hot tub was drained and not usable, not that we would have gone in it anyways, the room was disgusting, mildew/ mold, cockroachs, dirty, and the microwave was the dirtiest microwave i have ever seen, and there was some for sure illegal activities going on in a few rooms, definitely didn't feel safe even parking there, do yourself a favor and spend a little more and go somewhere else.

The biggest disappointment in this day was that the pool was closed and hot tub was drained. I would say that my stay decision was based about 25% on those amenities. The top it off the bathtub was in need of repair and could only be used as a shower. There was no opportunity to soak my bones. The room was generally clean although it had kind of a funky smell. The property was pretty clean the grounds looked to be well kept. It was spring break for the California higher education system, so there was a lot of noise throughout the night. It was a value for the money but it would have been a greater value at the amenities been in working order.

The continental breakfast was ok the microwave was not working but still there and the toaster took forever to toast anything (poor) and it gave the elution that it worked ,the microwave had a sign ( not working)

My first night there the water did not get warm from the sink or shower they gave me a corner room and my 2nd morning the water in shower didn’t get warm at all so I had to take a cold shower. I asked for a room change and I got it! The water was much better in temperature. The breakfast was okay only complaint really was the cereal was stail, and the milk tasted a bit weird maybe do the little cartons instead. And change the cereal out more often, I use to work in Marriott breakfast. The waffles tasted kinda nasty maybe get a new brand or get the waffle maker? But overall It was an average stay somewhat worth the price maybe should be cheaper. Customer service was good, as well as other stuff

Spent too long in Monterrey and had to find a last minute stay. I would not come here again. I dont know how this place has high ratings. The room was not cleaned, there was trash on the corners under the sink, the bathroom floor was full of hairs. No towels or floor mat for the bathroom floor. Water got all over the floor. The towels were thin and on their last leg with stains that made me question if they were even washed. The bed has a metal skirt that makes the loudest noise and u hit it just getting close to the bed. Thankfully the sheets were clean, we really inspected that.
