I've stayed here several times, traveling alone and always feel safe. It's a nice area. Average hotel amenities, check-in is quick with or without reservations. They have always been able to accommodate my room requests. My only complaint is that most times they have only one luggage rack available. During the previous visit, I noticed that they had two, which was great. This visit, they had none available during my entire stay. Guests are very inconsiderate and keep them in their rooms during their stay. I've been told by others that sometimes they never even take their luggage off the cart and intentionally keep it in their room. Having to make 4 trips back and forth to bring or return my luggage can be a real pain, especially since I have asthma. Thank goodness they have an elevator.
