This hotel is the worst we have ever slept at. It was dirty with cracked floors and worn out floor in the shower. There was a piece of cereal in the bed sheets when we turned down the bed. The sheets were stained in multiple places. Outside of the room from the moment we arrived around 8pm and until the early hours of the morning, there was chaos outside of our room as well as being able to hear a domestic fight with a man and woman pretty much the whole night long. It did appear from the sounds, as if the woman was getting slapped. The pool was drained of water as a side note.

One of the worst rooms I've ever stayed in

While gentleman at check-in was very nice, the room itself was horrid. There were no towels, the bathroom door didn't close, and the beds were Lumpy or hard as a rock. The floor was tiled, which I understand being that it's a few blocks off the beach, but they couldn't at least mop so that it wasn't sand all over the floor. I get up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom, and wound up dragging a bunch of sand back in the bed with me because it was stuck to the bottom of my feet. There were also some interesting stains on the ceiling, and the window in the bathroom was barely in its frame. Zero out of 10 would never stay here again.

Not so good. Bottom of pool was GREEN with slime. WIFI doesn't work in all rooms (I tried 2 phones, neither worked in one of the rooms) so had to change rooms; 2nd room was better than the first and 1 phone had wifi. First almost had springs popping out of mattress, very uncomfortable. No deadbolts locked and door locks were difficult to lock, moisture swelled the door or frame so difficult to lock.

The gentleman was very nice. The place was very dirty unfortunately. There was a hole where bugs were coming through in the corner, the bathroom smelled bad, and the shower was recently used when we got there. The blanket had stains on it and there was an opening on the top of the door that you can see through to enter the apartment.

The room was not ready when i arrived and it was the room smelled like mildew and cigarette smoke. The manager did not even offer any other accommodation towards my un satisfaction on the room. I told him i was going to call Expedia and he said okay loke he did not care

We checked in and went straight to the boardwalk. When we returned at 11:30p we were greeted by roaches, one of our comforters had big holes, the floor was filthy, the smoke detector was missing, we couldn't control the tv volume, and we got contact high outside the room. The icing on the cake was the dirty sheets on the bed. We left for home at midnight! I spoke to the owner, he swore the sheets were clean, pot is legal, and oh well on the bugs. No refund. Honestly they should be removed from Expedia. This place is a hazard!

If you can afford a better place don’t stay here

In need of a renovation but affordable stay in Seaside not the most comfortable beds but if your looking for a no frills place to enjoy Seaside Heights and your only going to use the room to sleep this isn’t the worst place, but expect to get what you paid for. Property is non smoking but you definitely get that nostalgic I’m in a motel smell

Every thing was pretty gross. Front office is also nasty. Microwave and mini fridge were clean. Room was really small. Bathroom was smaller. I stayed 4 nights and had to ask owner for new towels. After that i bought my own. Pool was decent. Pet friendly not worth $20 extra $$$ a night. Look its worth the money.

I am not very picky, having done a lot of "shoe-string" traveling in developing countries. But this is a gross hotel. The comforter on the bed was disgusting -- dirty and filled with holes. Only one light in the room. No glass or cup to drink from. A/C generated a peculiar and troubling smell. We turned it off. One upside is that our room did not have roaches. This was lucky for us, since other guests were complaining about roaches getting into all of their luggage. To top off our "experience," the hotel description claimed there would be parking (some onsite and some at an offsite location). There was no parking by the time we arrived (4pm). When I asked how to identify a legal parking space, the description from the front desk resulted in us getting a parking ticket and a $325 tow. The front desk guy said I could park anywhere other than on yellow-painted curbs or in numbered spaces. He neglected to tell me that there needs to be a white painted line around the space for it to be valid. Apparently I was blocking someone from driving up over the curb and sidewalk to park on their front yard... Even without the ticket and tow charge, this was an absurdly over-priced hotel room. I saw the ratings, but there were only 2 rooms under $400 in Seaside Heights (SH), and I figured it couldn't be that bad for $300. Well, it is. If this is the only available hotel room left in Seaside Heights, perhaps you should visit somewhere else? Or perhaps visit SH at a different time?
