We had to change hotels cus the other one we were at was not clean, things broken etc.. we were checking in with you and a lady came in and told the employee to call the police as there was someone yelling and a drunk. This was a great hotel. Clean, very friendly staff. We got great information for viewing Mt. Rushmore and other things by the night staff. Very friendly man. Breakfast was good. It's also very quiet, we wondered if anyone else was on the level, yes there was, but we didn't hear them in the room. We also very much love the little kitchen and living room. Makes it so more comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

A Really Bad Experience

We checked into this hotel only to find out that they remodeling their lobby. That meant that we could not get access to the lobby, the breakfast room or the elevators! It is unbelieveable that they would be undergoing such an extensive remodeling and never disclose this to their guests. We have to cancel the reservation and book at another hotel.
