I wouldn’t have complained but since other things went wrong, upon arrival we were told the key card wouldn’t be working because the door lock had to be manually unlocked by someone at the front desk. The hotel is listed as having a continental breakfast which is one of the main inclusions we search for when booking. From what I could I see there was some cereal, bread and coffee. The room was hot and the temperature could not be adjusted. Woke up to roaches twice in the middle of the night in the restroom. Other than that the staff was friendly.
