We arrived an hour before check in, was told 1 of our rooms (had 2) was ready and the 2nd room needed a couple of minutes. We went to the room that was ready, however the wc didnt work so back to the reception and they would fix it. After 1 hour still not ready not even the 2nd room.l Going back and forth to check if it was ready, and the only comment that just have some patience and they would fix it. At the end i had to talk to the manager because nothing was happening 2 ours after check in. The manager finally gave us another room so we had 2 rooms but unfortunately far from each other (travelled with 3 kids and 2 adults). Every night loud music until 11pm at night which we heard as one of the rooms was close to the restaurant and pool. Very difficult to fall asleep. We also missed some variety at the restaurant, the food was very similar every day even at the pool bar. The rest of the staff was friendly and nice. The rooms very old and definitely needs to be upgraded and renewed. The main pool and the one next to were clean, but remaining pools dirty.

Great location by the sea, nice swimming pools. Most of the food was good or even very good, some wasn't the best but there was always plenty of choice anyway. And lots of it ! Property facilities mostly good, some could do with refurb though eg the gym & appartment bathroom. All staff freindly and very helpful. Good place for families, can be busy.. Overall we were very happy there and would return.

Hôtel que je ne recommanderai pas du tout: - manque de considération totale du client et irrespect de la part du personnel à l’accueil - les chambres sont vétustes et très mal nettoyées (à notre arrivée, la poubelle n’était pas vidée, la salle de bain et surtout la douche étaient dégueulasses, plein de poussières partout dans la chambre, lit bébé très sale…) - pas de laverie et pas de garde d’enfants contrairement à ce qui est marqué sur le descriptif de l’hôtel - nourriture pas top et pas très variée Les seuls points positifs sont : - l’emplacement (la plage est jolie et la ville d’ayia napa offre un grand nombre d’activités - belle piscine avec pataugeoire pour enfants - le personnel des restaurants/bars qui sont adorables

Zimmer ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und nicht wie auf den Beispielbildern! Ameisen überall da die Eingangstür nicht bis zum Boden geht! Zimmer wurden zwar täglich aber nur oberflächlich gereinigt! Dusche wurde überhaupt nie gereinigt! Waschbecken vielleicht 2 mal in der Woche! Die ausziehbare Couch ist sehr ungemütlich! Man schläft quasi auf den Federn, da die Matratze nur sehr dünn ist! Mussten eine zusätzliche Decke unterlegen um halbwegs gut zu schlafen! Nachdem wir zuerst überlegten sofort wieder abzureisen, haben wir uns arrangiert und viel Zeit am Strand verbracht, da es um den Pool auch sehr laut war! Der angrenzende Strand ist klein aber dafür nicht so überlaufen, sehr ruhig und gemütlich und toll zum Schnorcheln!

Ci è piaciuto: le meravigliose piscine, gli ombrelloni sul prato all'inglese di fronte al mare, la colazione, la estrema cortesia, gentilezza e disponibilità del personale. Non ci è piaciuto: la camera. Abbiamo dovuto prenotare in urgenza per una notta a causa dello sciopero aereo del 15 luglio 23. Ci hanno dato una stanza molto ampia ma che probabilmente non era pulita da mesi. I mobili erano fatiscenti, la cassaforte non funzionava, c'era un chiodo per terra e meno male che lo abbiamo visto. La struttura aveva riaperto da pochissimo, forse il problema è stato questo e siccome saremmo rimasti una notte sola ci hanno dato una camera senza controllare prima.

Byttede værelse, efter vi blev skambidt af væglus i soveværelset. Der er generalt mangel på rengøring i poolområdet, værelse, og det er et hotel der trænger til en opløftning her og der.

Struttura piuttosto vecchiotta e non tenuta benissimo. Camere molto ampie e comode e con ottima dotazione (cucina, microonde, ferro da stiro ecc.), ma la pulizia lascia molto a desiderare e, per una struttura a 4 stelle, alcuni aspetti assolutamente incredibili, come l'assenza per ben 15 giorni di un semplice sapone per le mani o prodotti per la doccia. Il buffet all inclusive è abbastanza vario, ma la qualità della cucina non eccelsa, per cui si finisce a mangiare sempre le stesse cose, mentre la scelta al bar è limitata. Servizi e animazione praticamente inesistenti, se si esclude uno spettacolino serale breve e improvvisato ad uso dei bambini. Piscina abbastanza sporca e con una corsa ad accaparrarsi le poche sdraio ed ombrelloni disponibili, assolutamente insufficienti per tutti gli ospiti. Per quanto riguarda invece la posizione nulla da dire: situato proprio sul mare su una spiaggia molto tranquilla e riparata a due passi sia dalle altre spiagge top, quali Nissi e Makronissos, sia a poco più di un km dal centro di Ayia Napa, e con attorno tutti i servizi necessari. In definitiva consigliatissima per la posizione, ma assolutamente non ai livelli di un 4 stelle ordinario.

Flott opphold men sur betjening i resepsjonen. Spesielt to som ikke var Kypriotere. Lite hjelpsom sur og meget vanskelig. De andre var enestående. Frokosten var veldig bra men det var problem med nok mat. Vi måtte hver morgen spørre eter ting som var tomt, mangel på, rggerøre, brød, syltetøy, bacon, te-poser, tallerken m.m Litt synd at eneste ferske frukten de hadde på 12 dager var appelsin og grapefrukt. Hadde vært kjekt med variasjon. Super beliggenhet kort vei til strand, restauranter og sentrum.
