Hotel has clearly been updated. New carpet. Looked like new bedding. Rooms were a good size, bathroom is large. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. There is also an oversized chess board set up in the pool area which was fun to play. There is a game room with video games, slot machines and 2 pool tables. The breakfast was very good. Included hot food and a pancake machine as well as the other usuals.

Check-in was at 3 PM was told the room was not ready. Had a concert to be at that they knew about and was told just leave and they’ll have the room ready by the time we get back from the concert. So because of that was not able to check in until after midnight. When I asked about a discount or refund, they said that hotels.com problem.

My sheets had blood stained on them and they did not appear clean. I was provided new sheets, but they did not have any clean king comforters so I was given a queen size for my king bed. I opted to check out without staying the night. I was not able to receive a refund because the hotel manager would not approve a refund to Hotels.com to refund my credit card. I was very unsatisfied with the condition of the room and the service I received.

By far the worse stay ive ever encountered! I planned a weekend with my lady and the hot tub didnt work. Went to complain about it to see if we coupd get compensated, room switch, or switch hotels but things quickly escalated because the hot tubs an amenity. The hot tub was literally why we got a room and the staff handle it horribly. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Complaints by a customer shouldnt be ignored!

When we checked in Friday May 22 2026 around 5pm the the front desk lady was very nice and welcoming .Our room was what I expected. The beds and pillows are comfortable. Overall it was nice and quiet except when We checked out Tuesday 5/26 around 8ish am dropped off the cards in the express box. The front desk person did not even say anything to us after we left rather then she looked annoyed and her head was down probably on her phone.🙄😏
