We stayed here for 8 nights and the location is unbeatable! Your so close to the port, shopping, beach, restaurants that we barely had to take a cab anywhere. I want to thank all the stuff there for being so accommodating, friendly, and helping us out when we decided to stay extra 2 nights. Especially, the manager Erden (he has a ponytail), who helped us out when there was a language barrier/miscommunication with another staff member. Honestly, i would definitely stay here again due to the location and the staff!!

Bed very comfortable. 4 pillows, all the same, needs some softer. Breakfast was excellent, good choice of both Turkish and European. Great view at breakfast on the 7th floor. Bath room on the small side. Good central location. Pool not open unfortunately. Small problem of cracked shower tube that sprayed water across the bathroom. Made a temp fix with duct tape, no problem.

The view was absolutely stunning. Fridge had free waters, coke and cookies. They were able to provide a pack and play for my baby to sleep. The air conditioning didn’t work. It would randomly turn on and then just turn off all night and the front desk always had a different excuse for it. We went in April so it wasn’t unbearably hot

Nice place to relax when in Kusadasi, and conveniently located to the port. The breakfast would have been amazing if there was a designated no smoking area. The food was excellent as well as the view. Housekeeping was also great.
