The AC unit in our room was broken. The fan was stuck on high and you couldnt turn it off. Staff was unable to fix it. Closet door was broken. But, the bedding was clean and my kids appreciated the indoor pool on a 34° day. For what we paid, i was haply that we were in a safe place

The price of the room was not the same as it was on the Expedia website. It was more expensive. Our room was on the first floor. We had noisy pounding running gas right above us till about almost 11 o’clock. The bathroom was dirty. We found some hair in the shower was not clean overall the room was not clean. We were very dissatisfied. The management was sorry but they did nothing to make it right for us.
