Absolutely loved staying at this beautiful hotel! The location was brilliant and a short walk to the nearest tube station. They also had a spa which was free of charge to use! Reception staff were not friendly or helpful with information for first time visitors. I had to ask where the lifts were to the room and dinner which should have been provided. They failed to mention before booking that customers that need to park have to pay £30 per night. Most hotels have free parking for customers. They also failed to mention the timings for breakfast, etc where I had to ask.
