This would be my 3rd visit at this hotel as with work pressures, I like to escape from home and check into an hotel for the night every now and then! Faheem and Halima were amazing! Halima went the extra mile and provided me with a lovely room on the 7th floor with stunning views. Thank youuu :) Both staff were professional, efficient, helpful and friendly. We arrived & checked is easily and up to our room which didn’t give a wow factor, it looked like it had been rush cleaned and not very well. Slept ok after we managed to ignore the loud humming noise we could hear outside. Breakfast the next morning was mediocre for the price, not a great deal to choose from.
