Très décevant

L’hôtel est situé en zone industrielle sur un endroit stratégique pour les visites aux alentours. Aucun sujet sur la localisation donc qui était conforme à ce que j’attendais. En revanche plusieurs mauvaises surprises pour ce séjour d’une nuit : - piscine non pratiquable (pas de nettoyage depuis quelques temps a priori) - salle de sport fermée à priori en panne Côté chambre : - propreté moyenne (quelques tâches sur la moquette et les draps) mais cela reste acceptable - en revanche j’ai très vite constaté la présence de cafards dans la chambre (cela commençait à faire beaucoup) Déception finale le lendemain matin au petit déjeuner qui était très sommaire. J’oubliais aussi qu’aucune bouteille d’eau n’a été fournie au moment du Check-in. Déception globale donc même si pour le prix on ne s’attendait pas à un haut standing.

I mean I’ve stayed in worse?

First off the lady who checked us in was very rude about the group who checked in before us saying “ I hate peiple like that they never speak English.” You work in hospitality that is not okay. That’s not how you talk about guests. If you don’t like serving people who don’t speak English or not well English I would find another job. Also the sheets were dirty when we came In. The breakfast also was not good the food was dried out and the waffles were not good and had a bad after taste as if the batter was not stored properly

The microtel was clean and comfy for a last minute change to our stay in Houma after another hotel told us we couldn’t check in to a previously made reservation due to their key system being down.

Management is rude and they do not clean rooms when they did clean the room they made my wife leave third floor and go to lobby and jewelry went missing. Kenneth m told her company policy said she could not stay in room or waiting hallway she had to go to front lobby. My wife writes hotel reviews and is a Mrs universe winner and judges parents and rates hotels all over the world and in over 100 countries and this treatment was among the worst ever.

The woke my wife from sleep and told her she had to leave room to clean it she said she wanted to stay Kenny m told he she had to go sit I lobby and leave everything in the room. My wife is a hotel review writer for many hotels and has traveled the world as a Mrs universe winner and pageant judge in over 100 countries. There is now jewelry missing and the first two days of the stay no cleaning or clean towels. When we asked for clean towels on our way tinted room after meetings all day the manager dhruv Patel said no towels until you go to third floor get them bring them to the front desk than wait ten minutes at desk for clean towels than you can take them back to third floor after a long work day. They would not bring towels to the room after they didn’t clean or bring fresh towels. The management here is rude and does not take care of guests at all

The wrong location was booked. The Customer Service representative wasn’t too pleasant over the phone and I was told I couldn’t cancel or change the location. I never checked in to the hotel, but was charged .

The only 2 things we had problems with was no hot coffee in the morning and only had 1 cleaning that i had to ask for. So if you plan on staying longer then 2 days make sure u bring your own towels and wash clothes bc you will not get them replaced without requesting them. And bring ur own toilet paper
