Beautiful location and amazing rooms
Norman, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Had a fabulous vacation. The property was beautiful and lively with outdoor music, breakfast bagels on the patio & watching mountain bikers wind their way down the mountain. Grizzly Bear refuge was a highlight and enjoying the private hot tub on the balcony of our suite.

Had an amazing stay! The room was clean, cozy, and had a breathtaking view of the mountains and surrounding nature. Waking up to the sunrise over the peaks and relaxing on the balcony in the evening was unforgettable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the whole experience felt peaceful and refreshing. Can’t wait to come back!

Nice mountain resort experience. Here for just one night so did not get to do all of the things, but used kitchen facilities and did some laundry as near end of our road trip. Very comfortable.

Loved our Stay!!

Such a great experience. Friendly staff and comfortable and clean rooms! The two-suite with hot tub is 100% worth it. We also saw 5 black bears and lots of deer by the resort. Photos are before checking out, so don't mind unmade beds.

Location was amazing and check in staff brilliant. Sadly a couple of blinds were broken and the windows in bit bedrooms wouldn’t open due to broken handles and the mosquito screen had fallen off and was popped up. One of the hob rings was also broken and our bathroom sink was

Older lodge, but has the amenities we need. Nice touch, was the toiletries in the bathrooms. We couldn’t find a restaurant that would deliver up the hill, but that’s not the lodges issue. No A/C, but it did cool down enough to sleep at night.
Cori, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

Terrible off season stay

Booked this room because it was listed as a good deal on hotels.com. When we arrived there was no staff at the hotel and we had to go down the road to another property to check in. The staff at the other site said it was not staffed because it cost too much. We were then charged an additional “resort” fee in addition to what we paid on line which was not stated on line. Not sure why considering nothing was working??? The room had no air conditioning and we were told to use a fan. It smelled stale and was dirty. The hotel entry was open all night with no security and no staff anywhere on any of the properties. We were only provided with and emergency phone number. Had any of this been listed on line we definitely would have stayed elsewhere.

Bed was super super soft which I do not like No directions how to turn tv on
Judy, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

Stayed a night off season. Had to check in at other hotel. Also non of the restaurants or shops at the resort were open. Not a problem but would have been nice to have known in advance so we didn’t have to drive back to town (15min) to get food. Clean, quiet, secure parking . Room bigger than expected with full kitchen. Only downside the curtains didn’t fully cover the windows and it’s summer so a lot of daylight

Excellent. We left at 7am, and tried to call the front desk to let them know we had checked out, but the mailbox was full. Would definitely stay there again
Pete, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

The suite was comfortable and roomy. It was so peaceful on the mountain, the views are amazing. Some care and attention to the property are needed, as well as a good vacuuming behind nightstands, dusting of blinds baseboards etc. This wouldnt deter me from staying again though.
