Phil, the owner was incredibly gracious and welcoming and provided great information about the area and the history. The Concierge team was great - very knowledgeable about everything that we asked. Breakfas was great. While not next to the falls, it is in a very quiet area and quite easy and cheap to get to/from by taxi. Great value for the cost.

The interior is beautiful and bright. The customer service is perfection-the hotel staff were the first to tell me my flight got cancelled, and then proceeded to book me for another night-not to mention one of the attendants offered to be my go between with the airline. I had the privilege of speaking to one of the owners-this is a family-owned business, owned by people who really care about this establishment. I hope to return. If I can give this place ten stars I would.

This Lodge went above and beyond of their expectations. Airlines lost our luggages and they were very accommodating even offered to call their personal Doctor to refill any of our medicines. We stayed here last week when visiting Victoria Falls and can’t recommend it enough! It’s an absolutely beautiful place and every single member of staff was so kind and friendly. The food was superb and so were the drinks. It was extremely quiet, very clean and all around just a beautiful place that’s only a short walk from the main town.
