A delightful experience

We had a fabulous experience at this boutique lodge. The accommodations were excellent and the entire facility was stylish and comfortable. The service was also impeccable. We met the family owners who were delightful. It was obvious how much love and effort they have put into creating such a wonderful place. We plan on coming back some day.

Phil, the owner was incredibly gracious and welcoming and provided great information about the area and the history. The Concierge team was great - very knowledgeable about everything that we asked. Amazing place staff are wonderful. Traditional Zimbabwean thatched cottage accommodation. We were in the honeymoon suite although not our honeymoon. Lovely big bed fantastic bathroom and outdoor seating. Phil Mornette and their team are great hosts. They organised all of our excursions and everything was fantastic they have done them all themselves. We did a falls work helicopter ride over the falls (unreal) an elephant sanctuary visit which involves walking with them through the bush and feeding them. We have done safari but this is something different so do it definitely. Ross Phil’s son also recommended watching vulture feeding which takes place at the Victoria falls lodge hotel which was incredible. The Boma night is also a must.

Beautiful place!

We stayed here last week when visiting Victoria Falls and can’t recommend it enough! It’s an absolutely beautiful place and every single member of staff was so kind and friendly.
