This is a nice sized resort - not too big and enough variety. Food was decent. But the main great thing about this place are the staff! Jesus and Jose @ the privilege bar are amazing! Carlos our butler is kind and efficient. Our cleaning staff (whom I never saw, but room was always perfect) made our stay very comfortable. Best sleep in a long time! Let's not talk about sargassum...the pools are lovely! One thing about the upgrade people - please play more lively music. As one patron said, "We're older; we're not dead!"
