Loce this hotel. Im handicapped, and rhey separatete a special room for me. The bathroom is petfect size, very accessible theres is a bencrh with bars in the shower and toilet. The service is excellent. The lady brought me another bed easy to transfer and the guy who help us put out luggage in the car was very nice. There is a supermarket that you can walk-in one minute away. Ill definitely be there again when I come back to Brazil.

Tivemos problema com a água quente no quarto, a recepção teve que religar a caldeira do prédio pro chuveiro esquentar. O hotel é mais antigo, a TV tinha uma imagem bem chuviscada e quando eu desci para tomar café da manhã (por volta das 8:30) o café, que é servidor até às 10:30h, já tava bem incompleto. Mas isso, junto com o hotel ser mais antigo, para mim, foi pequeno, pois o - cama é confortável, o chuveiro bom, o quarto tem um bom tamanho e a equipe do hotel é muito acolhedora e simpática. Fora que, dependendo do que for fazer em Campinas, o hotel é muito bem localizado. Cheio de coisas para fazer nos arredores.

Porém, no momento do check-out, ao sermos atendidos por outro funcionário, tentaram cobrar meia diária, mesmo após explicarmos que a solicitação havia sido feita anteriormente e que o benefício constava na reserva. Sugiro que a administração do hotel seja mais transparente e alinhada quanto aos benefícios oferecidos pela plataforma Hoteis.com, já que muitas vezes a escolha da hospedagem é baseada justamente nessas vantagens oferecidas ao cliente.
