We had an amazing stay at Secrets Aura Cozumel. The property was beautiful and the staff were friendly and helpful. We especially loved breakfast at Bordeaux with Rony and Ricardo each morning, as well as lunches at the beach/pool with Miguel. The hydrotherapy at the spa was also wonderful. Overall, we had an incredible stay and we can’t wait to visit again very soon.

Massive lack of information provided upon check in with regards to bars and restaurants, the app is out of date and opening times of places doesn’t match reality. The staff and service at Secrets is fantastic. The staff go out of their way to learn your names and make you feel welcome. Some of our favorites from breakfast and lunch dining are: Rosana, Kenia, Mesero, Elizabet, Mario, Gaspar, Albertos and Ricardo. Puablo was amazing at the front desk and Angel and Enrique were always available to help with anything we needed. Special shout out to Sam, who actually works over at Dreams.

Ac you couldn’t control, phone to front desk didn’t work, dual shower switch didn’t work. Caught someone in my room doing a “turn down” on the last night . No other nights did we have turn downs. Food was horrible. Buffett was good rest was garbage for a 4.5 star resort won’t be back or recommend. Restaurants were closed wit no notice. Restaurants menus changed daily with availability

Didn't like the construction going on outside our swim up patio. No pizza on site, no Italian restaurant. Liked the cocoa coffee shop and the barefoot snack bar. Also loved the 24hr room service.
