The staff at this property are so nice - really professional and friendly. The food, however, is terrible. Like really bad. You are better off eating at restaurants outside of the resort if you decide to stay there. You can tell the staff feel bad about the food they are serving. The other reviews about people getting food poisoning seem spot on. The location is nice and the beach was very clean. But I would not go back because of how bad the food is. Such a shame!

Massive lack of information provided upon check in with regards to bars and restaurants, the app is out of date and opening times of places doesn’t match reality. The Preferred Club Junior Suite Ocean Front Plunge Pool King was absolutely worth it—waking up to panoramic ocean views and having our own private plunge pool just steps from the beach was unreal. While we are considering returning to Cozumel for its pristine beaches, we would not choose to stay at this establishment again.

This property I give it 9 out of 10 only because they don’t tell you if you are flying in from Cancun international airport that it’s a task to get to this resort. This resort is 1 hour and 30 minutes from Cancun international airport. You also have to take a ferry to the island and another taxi from the ferry. Other than that it’s a very relaxing resort, it’s not a turn up resort and not many African Americans go here, so keep that in mind! Elizabeth was the best staff so nice and sweet please give her a raise, she was a waitress. The food was good everything else was amazing. I enjoyed my solo trip. Only issue was getting there. Once you know that then everything else was great. Also there’s not much entertainment.

The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean. Maid service was good. The food service was very poor. Restaurants were closed during days they were listed online as open. Service in the Restaurants was very slow. The food was OK. Definitely not fine dining as listed. It was terrible but certainly not on par with "fine dining" as advertised. The mixed drink quality definitely depedned on which bar tender was working. The drink mixes they used were syrupy sweet and not very good. They push buying into their "vacation club" which is very annoying. The room quality was good, beach was great, it definitely had a lot of potential. But we will likely not stay here again.
