Staff and food great! But the room should be warm when you arrive and I've stayed twice (and will return) and each time the room has been Baltic, colder than the corridor, and given the lovely proportions of the rooms, it's a good 2-3 before they warm up. Like I said, I do really like the place and I will be back, just a couple of niggles preventing that 5* review - the other being that they are the only hotel in the world that doesn't accept Amex but that's only a minor inconvenience to me.
