I book the room with hotels.com.I get to the hotel,told there is a problem with my room.Studio 6 wouldn't give me a room and hotels.com never refunded my money on my birthday.The absolute worst customer service experience ever possible.

Not worth the lower price, terrible
Check in and the staff were fine. However the room was terrible. No coffee maker as pictured and promised. No ice trays in the freezer, and no ice machine on sight. No TV stations. The bathroom sink faucet did not work properly. There was NO hot water for showers. The 2 pillows on the bed were as flat as the sheets. The seal on the door was not adequate, so light and wind came through.
I did mention all this to the front desk twice. The did bring 2 pillows. We bought our own coffee maker. The sent someone to look at the shower while we were gone. Whoever is was left our towels on the bathroom floor and didn’t have the courtesy to pick them up.
I asked for the manager or owners name and number and they would not give it to me.
I would not stay there again and do not recommend it either.

Wont recommend.
No hot water. Bedsheet full of holes. Almost broken shower pipe. Noisy fridge.

Horrible customer service.
Didn’t actually stay. The property refused to let my employee check in because i, the owner, booked the room. Lessons learned.
