Incredible disappointed with our stay. We have been to this hotel multiple times and never have experienced it like this. Most rooms did not have running water - including our room. Cadets from the school we were supporting could not shower. When we did have water, it was only cold water at a trickle but no hot water. There were no extra blankets. Breakfast was awful. At $236 a night, it is outrageous to have this experience.

We really enjoyed our stay.We would certainly come again.The staff was very nice.We especially appreciated the lady over the breakfast.She was so pleasant and helpful.We would come back just for the delicious breakfast.You can eat as much as you want and there is a grab bag to take something back to your room.We would recommend Holiday Inn Express to others.Check-in and check-out were a breeze.The manager allowed us to check in an hour early so that we would not be late for out event.That alone meant so much to us.Thank you.
