Our stay was lovely, we were upgraded to a higher floor because of my birthday and they even gave me a chocolate brownie as a birthday gift as well as a welcome cookies upon our arrival, which were soft and tasted freshly baked. We were upgraded to a premium room which was spacious and comfortable, the room was cleaned, staff were friendly and helpful, especially Sam and his team. Second stay here for me and there is a reason for that, the service is second to none, you are a stones throw from parks, BTS and Sukhumvit but tucked away on soi 2 so that it is less noisy.
