The room was clean and the bed comfortable. But, the climate system was noisy on all settings and had to turned off. The room safe was at floor level which meant that you had to get on the floor and put your head down to carpet level to check it was empty! Very badly thought out -most unlike H. I.! Staff were nice. Breakfast was good. Felt that the company standard has deteriorated though. Have they had the company accountants in by any chance??

Very nice and close to Stonehenge

We were pleased with this Holiday Inn in Amesbury. We arrived early and received an early check in at no cost. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a large selection of food. Also the front desk people were very friendly andcwent out of their way to help with any requests we had during our stay (calling a taxi for us, giving advice for seeing Stonehenge, ect) Very good hotel.

This was a decent hotel and had a nice breakfast selection. We had a little issue at check in with the room we reserved not being available because of a heating issue. But the staff was quite friendly and got it sorted out appropriately. If you are going to Stonehenge it’s a perfect spot. We had an early morning appt (6:45am) and this was a quick trip over.

Awesome hotel indeed.

Great hotel for everyone. Very friendly staff. Enjoyed our stay at the weekend. My little ones enjoys seating around in the lounge area. Lovely breakfast too. Thank you so much. Plenty parking space for free. Very convenient location with restaurants, service station and home bargain walking distance from the hotel. Even managed to order Chinese takeaway delivered to the hotel.
