The room was clean. But the electricity went out 10 minutes after I arrived. No TV, No Ice Machine, No Heat, No Electric Outlets, No Hot Breakfast, No refrigerated food. The Elevator didn't work. I asked if we would get a partial refund or credit. The clerk at the desk said "No refund or credit when it was caused by an act of G-D". A wind blown branch had knocked out their power line and they didn't have a backup generator.
