There was no warning at all during the hotel-seeking or reservation process that there was significant construction going on at this property. The lack of transparency definitely put me off. In addition, there was no information shared when we checked in - no explanation or apology or anything. It was very noisy so I asked when was quitting time for the construction crew. The clerk didn’t really know much. He shrugged and said ‘around 6:00’. The crew was still going at 8:30pm. Breakfast was pretty limited and all the empty tables were filthy. Not my best experience with Holiday Inn.
