Unfortunately I had a bad experience with the evening lady(staff).She completely ignored my presence while she was focused on her computer instead of greeting me welcoming me as a guest. Opposite the morning lady , she was great right attitude paid attention to me my needs my departure..stained seats in the breakfast area gave a bad impression of the place needs some maintenance updates..

Customer service was great at check in. Everything in the hotel room was very nice and presentable. Newly updated on the inside and it was very clean. Free breakfast was really good and enjoyable. Everything we needed was close by, which made it very convenient. We truly enjoyed stay and would come back.
