The staff are very nice and helpful. We had our flight at 7am in the morning, the staff was able to provide us a lite breakfast for the road. Beyond our expectations when we asked. The only problem I had was my room was in the first room in the first floor and it was a bit noisy. Thank you 🙏

Not worth it, run.

Rude staff who straight up ignored us, interrupted our wedding, and then lied when confronted about it. They were not helpful and clearly not sorry either. Absolutely awful start to finish, under no circumstances should you stay here We were made to get our own bedding multiple times, ignored when asked for fresh towels, and interrupted during our wedding to confirm something we confirmed on check in. When we confronted the staff we were lied too and given a BS excuse of “the new girl did it” And the older woman who was working there at the front desk? Deserved to be fired, immediately. Avoid this dump at all costs.

My Opinion

We had to stay somewhere due to Hurricane Ian, so we were here for 3 days. The rooms were fine. No complaints there. The desk staff however was another story. Apparently frazzled due to the overwhelming people calling for rooms...understandable. But rudeness is still unacceptable. The third day they ran out of breakfast. Now mind you...the Hurricane didn't cause a food shortage on the day we experienced this. Supermarkets had been open for 2 days. Since this is something offered and included in your room rate the least they could have done was refund a courtesy amount. However, for the overpriced room, on the 3rd day we packed and left....never to return.

The property was very clean and maintained. The bed and pillows were verycomfortable. We were in a room next to the elevator so it was quite noisy especially when people came to the floor with a cart. Also, people talking in the hallway could be heard easily because the door had a space around it.

I had 3 employees who are 3 hours from home working and just wanted to take a shower, eat and go to sleep. There was a problem with the check in. On all my paperwork it was correct but the lady at the hotel said one room was for a different date, which it was NOT I have my paperwork with the dates and confirmation numbers. It took 40 minutes on the phone for the wonderful Expedia personnel to get with the hotel manager and get it straightened out. I think it was an issue with the property NOT Expedia . Not sure we will use this hotel again .
