everything is old, filth on phone cradle, rang front desk over 20 rings, went downstairs and they said it wasn't connecting, door would not lock when leaving room, they "fixed" it but now it would not securely shut and deadbolt from inside did not engage. Bathroom had it's own deteriorating issues (wall boards near tub)

The pool and hot tub were closed which we chose this hotel because it had an indoor pool for the kids, we were not informed when we made the reservation that it was closed, then the sign said for painting, which was not happening so I asked if they were going to open it and was told no they didn't know when it would open again because the heater was broke. Dont advertise a hot tub and an indoor pool if you cant accomidate a family with children expecting to swin on vacation. Never again will I stay at this hotel.
