our day was “okay” for a Holiday Inn it definitely wasn’t as clean as we expected in for it to be a big event weekend for the food and bar to close at 10 PM is a little crazy also we had family that drove all the way from Delaware to arrive and get assigned not one but two dirty rooms.

Every single member of the staff at this hotel was incredibly kind, helpful, caring, and hardworking. Veronica was especially wonderful and took great care of all of us during our stay. Manager James was great to us and especially Manager Deondra checked on us several times to make sure everything was going smoothly, which we truly appreciated. The staff in the lounge were so personable and friendly. From top to bottom, everyone was working hard and made us feel welcome. We had multiple rooms and stayed several nights, and all of our rooms were very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend the suite rooms they are especially nice. We also ate in the lounge two nights in a row. I highly recommend the cheeseburgers, and the salads were fresh and delicious. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would absolutely stay here again!
