Front desk staff friendly. However, I was not told when assigned my room that is was across from the laundry. People were in the laundry past 10;30pm and I could clearly hear them. Also the sink in the bathroom did not drain! Gross. I got water on the floor when I turned on shower and when I wiped it up with a towel the towel was dirty. Clearly floor had not been cleaned.
