We come from Portland for weekend trips to spend time with the grand babies the rooms are always clean staff is very very friendly and professional. The rooms are always clean and comfy I absolutely love the breakfast every morning and the hot tub and the kids love the pool. Its our favorite place to come to visit in Madras.

Cross Keys Inn is a beautiful property. My daughter and I appreciated its friendly staff, spacious guest room and beautiful appointments. Kandra at the front desk welcomed us and immediately made us feel at home and cared for. It is clear that this property's owners maintain high expectations for its staff at all times. The Inn is nicely positioned near Lake Billy Chinook, Smith Rock and Kah Ne and Tah Hot Springs. It was very clean and the free internet fast. The hot breakfast provided offered every food you could think of and all was very delicious. Having a Safeway, directly across the street, was an extra bonus, as well.
