Our 6 night stay at Ximena Hotel Boutique was wonderful! The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. It had a room safe, refrigerator, TV and a very nice balcony. The air conditioning was very much appreciated! The hotel staff was extremely courteous, helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is wonderful. Just a 5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants and bars and the bus station. We really can't say enough wonderful things about this hotel and we would love to stay there again!

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Location was great and quiet. But, the amenities were lacking. I picked the hotel for their heated pool. Unbeknownst to me, they wait until January to heat the pool so the water was very cold when I went over Christmas. The pool umbrellas provide no shade for the loungers so it's not a comfortable place to sit and read unless you're okay with roasting.
