Good price. Easy parking. Friendly staff. Room was clean but breakfast area was not the next morning. Only thing left was a few yogurt cups, cereal, and the make-you-own waffles at 830a. Were going to try the waffles but area didn't look clean, so we passed. Could have been great, just missed the mark on the breakfast area.

Room smelled like dog fur. Carpet was very discolored. Bathroom towels and washcloths had red stains on the majority of them. The bedsheets smelled like wet dog. The TV stand/bedside tables had a white crusty substance of them. The hallway smelled like smoke. Parking was pretty easy and they had a free breakfast.

Filthy room in disrepair. No fresh drinking cups and had dirty ice bucket. Breakfast buffet was awful. Coffee was so so. Bed was lumpy I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
