The property is a home away from home. Beautifully kept. Marie is excellent at housekeeping. The only negative is there are no lifts, so you have to carry your bags.

Das Hotel und die Lage sind wirklich gut für den Preis. Das Personal ist so unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Meine Wäsche wurde gewaschen ohne Aufpreis. Mir wurde Frühstück aufs Zimmer gebracht. Und die Dame die mein Zimmer geputzt und auf mich geachtet hat passte sogar nach checkout auf meine Sachen auf. Eine super Unterkunft mit unglaublichem Personal für den Preis.

Luxus zum Budget Preis

Die Zimmer haben zwar kaum bin kein Tageslicht, das ist bei den tropischen Verhältnissen aber zu verschmerzen. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und schön. Wir hatten ein Problem mit dem Wasserablauf in der Dusche, das zu einer kleinen Überschwemmung geführt hat, wurde aber behoben. Frühstück inklusive wird aufs Zimmer gebracht, war vielseitig und sehr gut für den Preis.

Property doesn't give advance instructions to check in. Never answered E mails or phone calls. Hotels.com should NOT allow restricted- imposible properties to offer so much restricted services. Apartments have no windows at all. Is like jail cel enclosed with no fresh air,no ventilation. NEVER AGAIN
