The 1 bedroom suite was old, musty, nasty and a clogged toilet. Switch to a smaller room that was a little better, but still cabinets nasty, dresser drawers were inoperable, and very concerned the microwave was damaged inside and smelt like a fire was imminent. Made the front desk aware at time of checkout I believe the microwave in room 411 is a fire risk. I was informed I would get a 20% discount and should contact you for the credit. Please advise on that!

The location was WONDERFUL for shopping and too far from the Downtown area. As for the room, we were given a handicapped room (not required) and the microwave did not work (reported to staff but no follow up was provided). Th room was in conjunction to another room which the neighbors children tried to open the door to our room during the early morning hours, the children were yelling and screaming most of the evening and night as well. We asked to be relocated to another room and our requests were properly addressed (thanks to the wonderful staff). After our concerns were corrected, we then had a pleasant stay.
