BYOP, Bring Your Own Pillow. The pillows were awful. We could hear the person in the room next to us snoring through the wall. The chair in the room was uncomfortable to sit in so it didn’t feel like a space you could just sit and hang out because there wasn’t enough seating and the seating was uncomfortable. The staff was fantastic and the room was clean. We were woken up super early by the fire alarm in the building and zero explanation of what was going on. Wouldn’t stay there again.
