We checked in later in the day to a full hotel. Our beds were made but that’s about it. There were dirty counters and side tables that I had to wipe down myself and no towels in the restrooms. The girl at the front desk stated the hotel was full due to conventions in town and offered to come wipe down the room for us. Hallways needed to be vacuumed and my spouse thought the hallway stunk. It’s a shame because the hotel looks good on the outside, the staff was friendly, and it was a perfect location near our venue. Sad to say we would not recommend.

The room was pretty disappointing. It didn’t look like it had been cleaned very well — the microwave still had rice and red tomato sauce stains, and the bathroom sink and countertop were also stained. The kitchen could have used a much better cleaning too. A few things also seemed old and poorly maintained. The lamp should really be replaced with an LED one, and the fridge looks like it’s from another era and was very noisy. On top of that, the whole building was loud, and people were making noise late at night, even though quiet hours were supposed to start at 10 p.m. The photos on Hotels.com really should show the room the way it actually is.

Front of the building, you can tell nothing but dogs been using it.It smells bad. Inside smells bad. My room right when I'm I checked in walked in it. Smelled terrible in the bathroom. I lifted the seat and someone used it and plastered it full of crap. I took off running and left the hotel. I don't ever wanna go back. I'm still waiting to file for a refund. Stay away.I've been to a few extended, stays.This one makes me never want to go to one ever again.!

We’ve stayed with this chain at other locations before and have always had a good experience, but unfortunately this particular property was very disappointing. The room was not in good condition when we arrived. There was a noticeable unpleasant smell, and dust buildup in every corner. The floors were dirty, with sticky black stains throughout. The bed sheets had small black particles on them—we were initially concerned about bedbugs, though it appeared to just be debris. There was also visible hair, fur, and dust around the room. The amenities were extremely minimal. There was only a single bar of soap—no shampoo, lotion, or other basic toiletries. Although the room had a kitchenette, it lacked even the most basic items, such as a coffee maker or any kitchen supplies. Additionally, the elevator was not working, which made moving around the property inconvenient. We informed the front desk and requested cleaning. While they were responsive and agreed to address it, the room was not significantly improved when we returned. Overall, this was disappointing, and that this is not a budget hotel. Based on our experience, this location does not meet the cleanness standard.

We initially booked this property for six nights but decided to shorten our stay to three nights due to several concerns. The room had a persistent chemical-like odor, the toilet was not functioning properly and ran continuously, a kitchen drawer was missing, and the curtain was damaged. Additionally, while the room included a full-size refrigerator and stovetop, there were no dishes or utensils provided, which was inconvenient and unexpected. It also became clear that many guests were staying on a long-term or extended basis and appeared to be living at the property, which significantly affected the overall atmosphere. The environment felt very basic and institutional—closer to transitional housing than a traditional hotel experience. We experienced significant noise during the night, particularly from guests in the room above us, with ongoing disturbances that made it difficult to rest. Combined with the constant activity around the property, this contributed to feeling uncomfortable at times, especially when going outside alone. On a positive note, the staff were consistently polite, professional, and helpful. In particular, the gentleman at the front office was exceptionally courteous and attentive and genuinely helped make our stay more pleasant. When I requested a pot, it was provided promptly. In summary, while the staff made a sincere effort and were the strongest aspect of our stay, the condition of the room, noise levels, and overall environment did not meet our exp

This place was disgusting! A truckstop men’s urinal was cleaner than this place. Walking on the floors, felt like you were walking on sticky fly paper. They were never cleaned rust all over the tub all over the kitchen appliances from the 90s that look like they were fished out of a dumpster. The receptionist who checks you in is rude beyond belief, even when you say nothing to her, she speaks to people like she’s a prison warden both nights I stayed here they were vehicle break-ins in their parking lot! The outside looks clean and nice because it’s tucked into a nice neighborhood, but the inside is beyond ghetto and trash! Drug users and crime everywhere horrible hotel do not believe any of the five star reviews the hotel staff has a Google QR code on their front desk offering discounts for five star reviews. They’re all lies. You will see multiple negative reviews matching my exact experience, including specifically calling out the seriously rude receptionist who is clearly the manager of the property.
