Most friendly and welcoming staff ever!

My husband and I absolutely enjoyed our stay. One of the greatest aspects was how friendly and welcoming and respectful all the staff were to ourselves as customers but also to one another. I believe the staff at this hotel may be the most welcoming I have experienced outside of Disneyland. We'll done. I genuinely felt they were happy we were there and were happy to be there themselves. The customer service at this hotel is a competitive advantage in my opinion. Thank you!

no room cleaning unless you have a 4 day stay...What the heck? also the room phone was not working. Just a bit disappointing. The room was clean upon arrival and was spacious.

Beautiful room, but tv needs to be moved

It was a very nice place, and a great room. The one thing that was not good at all was the location of the television. It was not across front the beds like normal, or even in the sitting room where the sofa is. It was on a wall between the two areas, where it was difficult for the closest bed to watch, and impossible for the farther bed to see at all. There was plenty of wall space across from the beds.

Clean comfortable excellent!

Clean, comfy, well designed! Staff is friendly, breakfast was great. The room layout and trundle bed sleeper sofa is brilliant. Everything was super clean. The staff was great and the noon check out is a plus as well. So many stores right in the area! Lucky’s steakhouse next door is delicious too!

Definitely recommend. Property was clean for the most part, rooms were very cleaned, hallways could have used a good vacuum. But everything else was cleaned and smelled good! Some of the property is currently under construction due to renovations. That doesn’t bother me but a deciding factor in picking this hotel vs others was that it had a hot tub, but shortly after arrival we found out the hot tub was out of order. Very disappointed because we didn’t see that being reflected on the site. Breakfast was hot and amazing! Lots of options. But was made the visit one of the best visits in a long time as the staff who checked us in/out. Christian was AMAZING! Really nice guy.

Horrible communication! Not friendly staff!

My daughters and I were getting together to celebrate my youngest daughter’s birthday. We were all coming from different parts of the state and due to my work ( I’m a traveling nurse) was unable to get there first. The room being already paid for, my youngest daughter ( age 23) was coming in first. I had called the desk to make sure she would be set for check in. The attendant said “yes, all she would need was a drivers license”. After she got there she was turned away because she didn’t have a credit card. She called very upset because she doesn’t have one. I talked to the attendant and said I could take care of it over the phone ( no problem- right?) NOPE, they needed a physical card. Finally the girl allowed my daughter to check in and I got there as fast as I could. The refrigerator broke- so all our food was spoiled by morning. It was working when we got there. We couldn’t regulate the temp for the jacuzzi tub. We had asked for late checkout but the co- manager Christian said they didn’t do that. We ended up leaving the room 30 minutes later than the regular checkout time. They charged me $50!! Never told me at the time I had asked or we would’ve sped up a little faster. It’s not the money they charged that made me so angry it was the lack of communication at this hotel. Very poor communication. I didn’t feel the staff were very friendly either. I will never stay there again. The breakfast area was very clean and the lady attendant was super nice!! only nice thing!
