We came here for a week in late November, looking forward to a relaxing spa break. They insisted that the whirpool (hot tub) is supposed to be at max 30°c. So it was cold and unusable during our stay here. The pillows are uncomfortable - one of them is lumpy and the other is narrow and hard. Room was okay. Spacious. Beautiful location by the lake. Parking is limited.

The hotel is located in front of a nice lake. I consider this hotel as a hidden gem. Is very beautiful and comfortable. Staff is customer oriented specially the lady at the frontdesk she is amazing. We arrived late in the night after a long trip from Denmark and she always had the best attitude. The breakfast is very tasty and complete. Super recommended.

A bit mixed. Lovely setting, nice traditional hotel, good pool area, good staff, breakfast great, has some parking, good food in the evening too. However room was a bit dated, dark (not enough lights), noisy people above, creaky bed, shower small. And they seemed under-staffed in the restaurant. They did however provide two very good meals for us

Lite behov av t-l-c på rummen, svårt o ändra värmen samt kass mottagning på tv. Varför kan inte de som städar rummen se till så att allt sitter fast och det finns batteri i fjärrkontrollerna. Någon måste så klart fixa det innan nästa gäst, annars faller hotellet sakta ihop. Annars e de favorit hotellet i Malente.

Vi havde alt i alt et okay ophold. Hotellet synes “pænere” på billederne. Værelset var standard, den ene seng var knækket, og den knirkede meget, når man vendte og drejede sig. Der var ikke plads til at spise aftensmad i hotellets egen restaurant, så vi måtte ud i byen med vores to små børn. Derudover skal man være obs. på, at vandet i poolen er meget koldt (ikke børnevenligt), hvilket var ærgerligt, da det var en af årsagerne til, at vi kørte efter det hotel. Personalet var meget venligt. Morgenmaden rigtig god.
