Grand hotel. Beautiful decor. Even better staff. Professional. Polite. Always smiling. Kind and considerate. Im talking about all the staff. From the front door, concierge and the staff in the kitchen. Probably the best hotel I’ve stayed in. Would happily stay here again.

We can absolutely recommend this hotel. The restaurants are great and it is also well located for a city tour. The pool is super too. The neighbor hotels Le Meridien and W hotel can be used. That’s really cool. For us it was an advantage to have the all inclusive package. Otherwise the drinks and food would have been a little expensive. Pablo from the fish restaurant was really a nice waiter…

Everything about the Westin is excellent. The design is unusual for Dubai, in that it isn’t a skyscraper. This gives it character. The cleanliness of the hotel is excellent as are the staff who are so helpful, polite and friendly. We had an executive room and the attention to detail given to the room and how it was cleaned and we were looked after was first class. The gentleman who looked after us was called Saw and he was fabulous. In the executive lounge we were served and greeted by Fozia, Thant and Simran. All three of these ladies were so,so friendly and really looked after us and made us feel very welcome. And finally Cedric, who looks after the adult sun bed area. What an asset he is to your company. So helpful, welcoming and caring. An absolute gentleman. He goes out of his way to make sure you want for nothing and treats everyone as a personal friend. It was a joy to see him everyday. Thank you Cedric, Saw, Fozia, Thant, Simran and all the staff at the Westin for all your hard work and attention to detail. We will definitely return again.

My family and I have been coming here for over 12 years and after a 4 year break we were looking forward to come back. The facilities were brilliant as always, the pools, gym and restaurant options. We found the new rooms spacious, the bed was a bit hard, but that's personal. It was lovely to see the same staff we have met over years still there and being promoted (lovely to see Kevin at Kids Club). However, I would say the experience we were so looking forward to was dampened, as more package holidays were being offered and appeared to put the staff on edge. Every time I went to the Westin Gym it was an inquisition by 5 people looking at me who I was, where I was staying and why I didn't have my key, I do understand why but it still made a real resident feel uncomfortable and not welcome, so I would always go to Club Mina, the staff were more welcoming. All the food staff at Mina's and the pool staff again were so on edge at making sure people signed the bill (again understandable but not as intense as previously). Busola and Fish, the food as usual was amazing but hampered with the long conversation about 'are you on a package', 'this is included, this is not included'. It was an experience we were not used to in this resort, it just added a bit of exhaustion and changed our expected experience. Would we go back to the new atmosphere? Not sure.

Our stay was amazing BUT.... I have been robbed by the hotel. They charged me twice for our room. The Hotel said they blocked 17,000 AED on check in, I was asked to pay the same 17,000 AED on check out. When I got home I found the hotel had taken 17,000 AED not blocked it off my card. I have not received the money back and the hotel do not intend giving it back so far.

Our stay was perfect with many options for food, an ideal room which was maintained regularly and a reliable WiFi. Gaining access to all three hotels and their facilities meant that almost all of our vacation could be spent in the complex
