Every stay at the Aspen keeps us coming back. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. This time in order to get my handicapped husband near an outside door, I took a pet room. I was a bit apprehensive about the room. I needn't have been. It was as spotless as any of the rooms we have stayed in there. What iI really like about the rooms is that they never "smell" clean. They are clean and hence have no sent at all.

I called this hotel directly and asked if the pool and hot tub were open and working (because they are notorious for being broken) and I was told yes. Only to show up and they are in fact NOT open and have not been for a month. I was told I must have been on the call with an AI bot. I asked for a manager to call me in the morning. No call ever. I would never have stayed in this hotel and paid the amount of money I paid, if I had not been lied to. I could have saved money staying with a friend or at another lodging facility but I paid the money under the guise that there would be a functional hot tub and pool. I will never stay at this hotel again, even if they do get the pool and hot tub fixed… which I doubt will ever happen.
