Christopher, 2-night trip

10/10 Excellent

the only problem was water pressure in our room (last floor) but you can expect it in the old buildings
MARIA, 1-night trip

2/10 Terrible

The property was dark, dingy and worn out. It was so bad I didn’t even stay. I booked new hotel.
Andrina, 2-night trip

2/10 Terrible

This property is in need of an update. Beautiful staff but room was very average for the price, towels dirty and bath had staining. Water pressure non-existent (stayed on top floor). Bed was good but no air conditioning and small pedestal fan did not suffice. I unfortunately left this property after 1 night.

Great Notting Hill Hotel

Excellent location. Charming building. Helpful & friendly staff.
Ben, 1-night trip

4/10 Poor

Great location. Could be beautiful, but rundown and not taken care of. The cleaning services are wretched. Beds lumpy and old. Pig with lipstick.
Jordan, 2-night trip

8/10 Good

Room was dated but adequate. It’s the staff and location that make the Abbey a worthwhile consideration for a place to stay in London. Lots of shops in the area to peruse and many good dining options! The staff were extremely helpful whenever we needed their assistance!
Kathryn, 2-night trip

Friendly and comfortable in Notting Hill

Very friendly and helpful welcome from the staff, which continued to make us feel very welcome throughout our stay. The room was clean and comfortable and an excellent location to enjoy beautiful Notting Hill or jump on the Tube to explore London.

GREAT HOTEL
Jan, 1-night trip

6/10 Okay

Quaint neighborhood. The hotel had many stairs, room was very small and creeky floors, no water pressure for shower. There was large paint chipping and cracks around the windows. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Lisa Anne Anne, 6-night trip

8/10 Good

Welcoming, comfortable hotel

Great hotel, welcoming service, comfortable room with clean bathroom and quality products. Old property so no lift which was fine for me, but bear in mind if you have large heavy luggage.
Clare, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

We had a great stay at The Abbey. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The hotel itself was clean and perfect as a base. The dog welcome pack felt a little overpriced at £25 but then again it was nice to find somewhere that would accommodate dogs. Would happily stay again.
Bethan, 3-night trip

4/10 Poor

I had a great experience with the woman who checked me in on the morning of the 22nd, but that’s about it. The hotel itself was fine but the noise from other rooms was absurdly loud. I also received no help or offers of help from the multiple people working at the hotel that I passed on my way down 7 flights of stairs with three bags, one of them being a very heavy suitcase.
kendall, 4-night trip

10/10 Excellent

The hotel was fab. PERFECT LOCATION right at Notting Hill Gate. Aaron and the rest of the staff was lovely. The room has great bathtubs and comfortable bedding. Great selection of teas as well. Bravo!
Jason, 1-night trip

Quick Overnight

Stayed in a single room. It is very small but perfectly fine for a quick stay. Staff are friendly and rooms are tidy.
