The hotel is in a dilapidated condition. There is construction waste on the small terrace in front of the building. The room offered a view of a wall one meter away. The bathtub was completely worn out and dirty, so we could only take a shower. Tiles are broken and have not been replaced. Unfortunately, breakfast was not offered at the hotel.

Room was dated but adequate. It’s the staff and location that make the Abbey a worthwhile consideration for a place to stay in London. Lots of shops in the area to peruse and many good dining options! The staff were extremely helpful whenever we needed their assistance!

Great comfy stay

The bed might be a single & im used to a queen, it was really comforyable, i slept so well. Couldnt hear anyone next door...every so often they would let their door slam closed otherwise really silent. I did not want to leave my room as was so comfortable. Very friendly staff. Didnt have any problems. Loved the AC working as reception and the fan in the room. The bathtub was great with possibility of bubbles. Nice location, very convenient and close to metro stop.
