This is a beautiful architectural gem, with a wonderful spa for small fee, fantastic breakfast spread, glassed in courtyard for smoking and meditation, staff very eager to help. Elevator, spotless and refurbished.

The issue that I didn’t like was the late check-in time and the long line of guest waiting to check in.

Overall the hotel was very clean and perfectly located. We paid extra for breakfast and was very disappointed with the vegetarian options which were fried egg,scrambled egg and boiled egg along with boiled veg(I don't know about you, but I don't want boiled veg with my breakfast) some items were very sparse and were not refilled straight away. Rooms were clean but very dark, not a problem for some people but for myself as a women who likes to get ready and do her makeup it was not good. Staff seem friendly, We did, however call one day for an iron, The gentleman said he would get back to us once he's located one, but we never did. Aside from the breakfast and the dark room I would still recommend the hotel.

Mostly fine. AC instructions are unclear, insufficient English TV programs, can be noisy depending on the location of the room, and you may have to wait a while at night to get in if front door is locked and you need to ring the doorbell to get someone. But comfortable and safe.

The room was dirty, the walls had cracks, there was mold in the bathroom, tiles had cracks. If we were not out by 9:30 am, the housekeepers were not coming back to clean the room, the towels had huge holes. Overall, the room made a negative impression.
