Spark was clean inside and out. The hotel was located close to interstate with easy access. The staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was located near the elevator which was a little noisy. The beds were not comfortable. Breakfast was adequate. We booked to stay at Spark because they were pet friendly, but there was nothing mentioned about a non refundable $50 fee.
