Le cadre et l'accueil sont bons. C'est à peu près tout. Les meubles sont vieillissants, la propreté laisse à désirer (j'ai retrouvé des cheveux de l'ancien locataire sur la couverture du lit), la télévision est à peine plus grande que l'écran de mon smartphone et la douche (le pommeau surtout) doit être allumée à fond pour avoir un jet qui fasse autre chose que couler le long du tuyau.

Très beau hôtel! En tout cas en brochure! Le problème c’est qu’une fois sur place... c’est tout autre. Le personnel est juste génial! Très serviable, souriant à l’écoute. La chambre en soit ça va...la piscine de la crasse tout autour... terrain de tennis à l’abandon... les couloirs pleins de poussières et de toiles d’araignées... les portes abîmées... L’établissement mérite un bon rafraîchissement. Note : 6/10.

Me pareció un abuso el aprovecharse de la circunstancia sanitaria internacional para no hacer ningún día la limpieza de la habitación, ni el cambio de toallas, ni el vaciado de papeleras, ni la reposición de papel higiénico, nada de nada en una semana que estuve. Eso si, las tasas de alojamiento las cobran por adelantado, no sea que te marches sin pagar. El desayuno hay que contratarlo la víspera y pagarlo también por adelantado. Me imagino que se habrán ahorrado dinero en sueldos del personal de limpieza. Todo ello a pesar de que yo había reservado en enero, antes de la pandemia y pagué por unos servicios que luego no tuve. Un abuso !!!

Séjour d'une nuit pour un arret vers bayonne. Nous avons été tres ravi d'avoir découvert cet hotel à la derniere minute. Emplacement parfait, studio pour 4 personnes avec un grand lit et un lit superposé (+ lit bébé sur demande). Grande piscine avec pataugeoire (que nous n'avons pas eu le temps de profiter) mais qui etait tres propre ! Petit déjeuner avec sucré salé très fourni. En bref je recommande

Très déçu. Ne vaut pas le prix payé. Un rafraîchissement s’impose. Dans la chambre: Moquette vieillissante, peinture vieillissante. Salle de bain à rénover car les baignoires c’est dépassé. Fenomenal. Muy tranquilo y muy bien calidad precio

Todo muy bien. Lo cogimos porque íbamos en coche a conocer Bayona y Biarritz y tenía aparcamiento, y fue todo un acierto. El apartamento que nos toco, el 411 está remodelado con el mobiliario nuevo incluida la pequeña cocina. Mención especial la chica española de recepción, muy amable y atenta.

Tres déçu par cette résidence. Pas propre, pas aimable, pas serviable. Le covid permet d'éviter à l équipe d ouvrir les toilettes, de prendre le petit déjeuner sans réserver, de faire le minimum. On veut faire le ménage, mais pas d équipement et pas de produits ménagers.
