This is a great location, close enough to Mall, but far enough away. The property is well maintained although there are some areas starting to show aging. The facilities - gym, indoor pool, etc were very well maintained. Our apartment was amazing - a 3BR Luxury - with amazing views over the water, and plenty of space for everyone to find their nook. Would recommend for a family as a great option
