Hotel check in time is 15.00. Hotel was definitely not full when I arrived but they didn't let me check in unless I paid 21 Euros. Just another unnecessary extra fee, poor service. Rubs me the wrong way massively! All in all good stay though.

Nice hotel

The hotel was close to the centre, 10min walk. There was also a station right by the hotel if needing transport to the centre station, too. The bar and lounge area was very nice and the room was very clean. The staff on check-in were lovely. One small downfall was the noise of the door at night, you could hear the main door slamming each time someone would enter or exit.

Wir hatten ein Premiere plus Zimmer, das Zimmer war sauber und man hat sich sofort wohl gefühlt. Wenn die Duschamatur ganz gewesen wâre hâtten wir 5 sterne gegeben. Sie wurde auch gleich erneuert , das fanden wir super . Das Frühstück war OK aber wir kennen es besser. Das Personal war nett.

Groses und sauberes Zimmer und Badezimmer. Bis zum Bahnhof, Kölner Dom und Rheinufer ca. 15 bis 20 Gehminuten. In unmittelbarer Nähe viele Restaurants und Bäckereien. Parken im Saturnparkhaus und von dem oberen Deck kommt man direkt zur Rezeption, die sich im 1OG befindet.

Sehr verkehrsgünstig zum öffentlichen Nahverkehr

Das Hotel im Hansa-Hochhaus liegt direkt an der S-Bahn und U-Bahn-Station, eine Haltestelle vom Hauptbahnhof. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, die Betten bequem. Es gab einen Heißwasser - Bereiter für Kaffee und Tee. Ein Kühlschrank war nicht vorhanden. Das Frühstück war gut, mit kalten und warmen Speisen, Obstsalat, Bircher Müsli etc.. Wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen.

Manglende sengetøj og dyner

Vi havde bestilt et værelse til vores familie på 4. Der var ikke redt seng til vores børn. Vi skulle selv finde dynerne, og ned i receptionen for, at få noget sengetøj. En ung receptionist, som kun havde været ansat i to dage, var meget sød og hjælpsom, og kom med sengetøjet. Det er irriterende når vi kommer sendt og bare skulle i seng. Det var det sidste, som vi håbede på.
