I wish that I could remember her name but the front desk staff member that worked the day shift was the absolute best!! She was so sweet and friendly. She even remembered me from when I stayed at the hotel two months ago. Our breakfast at Manny’s was amazing. We had the short rib Benedict which was highly recommended by our server, Kate. The hotel is nice and in a beautiful building. The observatory is a cool thing to check out and free for hotel guests. The room was fine, however we had some issues. The phone in our room did not work to call reception. The power went out for half of our room several times randomly throughout our stay, requiring us to call maintenance and then them teaching us how to trip the breaker ourselves. The maintenance man was the nicest and most helpful of the staff we encountered during our stay. Also about half of the channels on the TV did not work. Not the quality I expected for the price paid.

Perfect place to stay with every amenity you would ever want. Bonus is it is right next to Manny’s Steakhouse! East walk to US Bank, Target Center/Field, and numerous bars and restaurants.
